Customer service is great. They have a large variety. The store is clean. Thank you for firing that rude lady, Kayla who used her body size to intimidate small women. I wasn’t going to come back but my mom needed to go and I saw you got rid of her like I asked.. You made her answer my phone calls and I appreciated that you made her deal with a situation she created because you could’ve protected a bully and you did not. Thank you.

I love this place. Bought almost all of my tools here over the past 20 years plus the huge rolling toolchest that is as tall as me. Service is great at this location and there is usually no line like at Yarbrough. Low prices and deep discounts via store specials have enabled me do all kinds of household and automotive projects over the years. I have probably saved tens of thousands of my hard-earned dollars by staying away from home service technicians and car stealerships. Great place for DIYers on a budget!

My item could not be found as indicated by their inventory. The employee was very nice and looked herself. She also called another location to confirm they had it in stock. Great customer service!
